1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the malebet website, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the malebet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at malebet's discretion. 8.2 Closure by the Player

The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date the revised Terms take effect. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — malebet will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via the platform notification system or via email to the registered account address. Non-material corrections, including typographic fixes and clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, may be made without advance notice.

10.2 Severability
